Multi-functional vegetable cutter is great use in central kitchen and commercial industry. This vegetable cutter is suitable for most of the vegetables both bulbous type and leaf type vegetables.

 

At left side, it’s used for leaf type vegetable cutting. Materials are transferred by belt. The belt and knife are VFD control. You can adjust belt speed and knife speed separately. If you adjust knife fast and belt slow you will get thin cuts. If knife is slow and belt is fast you will get thick cuts. It’s very convenient to adjust to cut to different sizes. At the right side, it’s used for bulbous type/root vegetable cutting. Together with the machine are equipped with 4 sets knife plates, 1 is slicing knife plate, 1 is stripping knife plate and the other 2 are for dicing. You could cut material to different format like slices, strips and dices.
