One of our old customers from India inquired vacuum tumbler from us. It’s a 300 liter volume tumbling machine. We manufacture a lot of this in China. The capacity range from minimum 50L to a maximum 1600L. Also cooling system is an optional. It helps to lower the material temperature during seasoning.
Features of the vacuum tumbler:

The plastic spatula can keep the tank wall clean without material accumulation, and it is easy to install, disassemble and clean.
The control system adopts human-machine interface control, which can store various processing techniques and formulas, and is intelligent and waterproof.
The open feeding device is easy to clean and maintain
The good sealing of the feeding device makes the liquid flow into the tank without overflowing.
Vacuum system with metering function, vacuum pipe and ventilation pipe are laid on the tank interlayer
The piping made of stainless steel is laid directly on the top of the cooling coil
During the ventilation process, the ambient air is reduced to about 10 degrees Celsius, which reduces the temperature inside the tank and keeps the temperature low and constant.
According to different product processing requirements, the vacuum speed can be fast or slow. The control range can be adjusted between 5% – 95%.
