Days ago, we send one unit of automatic bandsaw to Spain customer. This customer use the machine for frozen beef slicing. We made customized design for this customer. For safety consideration, there is fences around the machine. The fences are equipped with operation panel and doors. Sensors are installed on the fence. During work, operators are separated outside. If they open the door or enter the fences, the bandsaw will stop automatically.
This is a trial order for this new customer. They are intending to buy more units for their factory. They said our price is very attractive for them. And the quality they see is very good. Compared with European bandsaws we are their first choice. Our automatic bandsaw is European quality. Whole machine is made of SUS 304 stainless steel. Air spring tensioning device for easy adjustment and installation of bandsaw blade. The design of the double-side driving wheel prevents the blade from falling off. The thickness is adjusted by servo motor and the thickness is set with high precision. Wide processing temperature range from – 4°C to -18°C. There’s least cutting waste.
