One customer from India wants to cut bean, potato, carrot, onion, pepper with one vegetable cutter. And they have chicken dice cutting requirement too. They want to reduce machine quantity and better do all the work with one machine. They need dice, strip and slice at the same time. It’s impossible to use machine for all the work. But we recommend them 2 machines which can solve all their problems.
The 2 machines we offer are 1 multi-function vegetable cutter QC-140D and 1 DH-300 SLICER. The multi-function vegetable cutter can cut carrot, patato into slice, dice and strip. It can process beans into section pieces. For pepper and onion, they need to cut them into half fist and use our slicer to get strips and dice. The slicer can also cut chicken dices. This will save one machine for the work. And they are flexible in cutting different materials. Even in furfure they have other materials in their production line. For example the slicer DH-300 can split meat and cutting poultry with bones by changing knife set. This will help them expand their production line in future. But if they have enough budget and have large treating capacity requirement each day, we recommended them to add another machine fruit and vegetable dicer.
