The China International Meat Industry Exhibition (CIMIE) is the largest, most professional and highest-level industry event in the meat food industry, co-organized by the World Meat Organization (IMS) and the China Meat Association (CMA) in China. It was launched in 2003 and is held annually. The 21st CIMIE is held in Jinan China.
On the show, we displayed automatic bandsaw, chop cutter, meat shredder, frozen meat dicer, derinder, membrane skinner, grinder, meat stuffer and pneumatic clipper. One of our old Russian customers sign a new contract on the frozen meat dicer and automatic derinder. The frozen meat dicer model is QD-350. It’s suitable for frozen meat above -5 Celsius degree. And the automatic derinder they choose is BP-500A. It’s an good use, high efficiency pork skinning machine. The derinder blade lengthe is 499mm.
